The avg. rent in Miami is $2,396 per month, consuming nearly 60% of the household income being spent on housing. To address housing barriers, renters need a solution for arbitrary fees, credit checks and income requirements. While home owners need lower property taxes and insurance.
Quality Education
The first step to education security is retaining quality educators amidst nearly 6,000 vacancies in South Florida schools. The second step is safeguarding the state's curriculum from political ideologies. We must protect our educators and our education system, thus ensuring a better future for our kids.
Economic Development
JOBS! JOBS! JOBS!
We must invest in our small businesses and partner with the Federal Government to help create high paying jobs! Our Governor has scared off our workforce and major companies with his culture wars.
